Zodiac Killer’s ‘340 Cipher’ Cracked After 51 Years

More than 50 years after the killings by the mysterious Zodiac Killer, a cipher mailed to the San Francisco Chronicle has finally been solved by an international team of amateur code breakers. Over the years many individuals have tried unsuccessfully to decipher the strange symbols, including private citizens, local and state law enforcement, and even the FBI.
